Samarpan School of Law was established in Academic Year 2015-16 under the banner of Gandhinagar Charitable Trust with the approval of Bar Council of India and affiliated to Gujarat University offering Two courses in Legal Education as Bachelor of Law as under;

(2) 3 years Regular LL.B. course with a intake of 120 for each and total annual intake of 120. The college is situated at Samarpan Education and Research Campus, Gandhinagar.Kh-7 circle, Near Government Engineering College with a beautiful spacious lush green environment.

With the sole aim of serving in the field of Legal Education, especially to the students coming from remote and backward parts of the state, this co-educational institution is the result of constant and continuous efforts of socially and academically committed philanthropists and visionary educationists.

Samarpan School of Law intents to follows an approach to legal education wherein learning experience is not only enlightening but also enriching and inspiring to create a world class citizenry. Institute is committed to exploring multidisciplinary approaches through its unique curriculum and revolutionizing legal education through modern pedagogies thereby adapting to the changing world in which law professionals operate. Samarpan School of Law focused on developing knowledge, skill and value amongst the students and they would be nourished by the critical learning pedagogy and mentored and supported by faculty and staff so that they have the best experience possible to be successful in life.
